The Story of BIGREDS WESTCOAST BBQ LLC
BIGREDS WESTCOAST BBQ LLC started in 2003 by BIGRED in Inglewood California as a child every summer BIGRED'S father would take him and the family to Tyler Texas to his grandparents farm. BIGRED One summer saw his grandfather John T. Ruffin a great farmer , Black Cowboy, and WWII VETERAN ... BBQ for the first time , fresh goat on a real Texas smoker and watched as his grandfather killed the goat.. chopped the wood , rubbed the seasonings and go to work BIGRED was hooked ..
Later on in life 2003 BIGRED would purchase his very own BBQ grill and studied BBQ from there developing his own stlye and flavor base but continuing to keep his BBQ classic and true to his BBQ roots
After cooking for family and the homies in the neighborhood BIGRED was encouraged to start BIGRED'S WESTCOAST BBQ LLC
Offering real pit smoked BBQ with great meats and sides and BIGRED'S "OG" BBQ SAUCE. you can't resist, just the smell alone let's you know your about to indulge in true BBQ smoke an flavor...

Whether you’re hosting a party at home or the office BIGRED'S WESTCOAST BBQ LLC has all your BBQ favorites and more .. bringing you incredibly flavored BBQ that gives you the feel your at a backyard BBQ in your old neighborhood .. BIGRED'S team will deliver the food and setup a table for service. Whats included? Buffet Warmers, sterners, all serving spoons and tongs, plates, napkins all utensils etc... All equipment will be picked up at the end of your event. Full service catering is available also on-site cooking
FULL SERVICE CATERING
Looking for the full catering experience look no further BIGRED'S got you covered. let our team serve your guest , no party too small or too big. Once the food is ready and is set up ITS TIME TO EAT ..form a line at our booth and each one of your guests will be served with a smile 😁 Full service catering starts @ $250 per 100 guests

ON-SITE COOKING
Get the full backyard BBQ experience.. BIGRED can pull up the BBQ PIT TRAILER and cook right there at your party . For the freshest BBQ fresh off the grill, smoke everywhere your guest will say it's the best party ever .. On site cooking includes full service catering, we will setup our area canopy and service tables and all our needed equipment.. after the party is over our team breaks everything down and cleans up On-site cooking is $475
